DJ Costik's career started in the late 90s and over its course he has become known for his bold use of the turntable as a musical instrument, to create battle, as well as, party rocking routines. Chronicling his career includes numerous Regional Championships in some of the most prestigious DJ federations, including Guitar Center, International Turntablist Federation (ITF) and DMC.

Costik is also a member of the Nocturnal Sound Krew, a turntablist group with residencies in Hawaii, California, St. Louis and Montreal. Costik aided Nocturnal Sound Krew to three final appearances for the ITF World Finals, as well as, two World Team Champions.

In recent years Costik has taken his craft to the next level by incorporating the art of video mixing into his complex live sets. His position as one of the hand selected VJs to distribute custom edits on strictlyhits.com has led to his video mixes being seen all over the country.
